We also found out that two weeks from today there is the GBMC Father's Day 5K and 1 mile Fun Walk in Hunt Valley to support the NICU here at the hospital. Although I probably won't be up to participate we're going to work on setting up a team to support the little one! We'll be posting more info shortly, but in the meantime you can check out the info at http://www.charmcityrun.com/page.cfm?pageid=33&eid=919.

Many Thanks!
Although he is still too little to let you know, Chase appreciates all the well wishes and support he's received from everyone over the past few days. We just had a long visit upstairs and he's still doing okay on the CPAP. The evening was not without a few bumps, but the nurse assured us that they aren't ready to put him back on the respirator yet. He'll probably be having his first brain ultrasound on Tuesday so we can get some baseline data and more info. Hopefully they'll be able to start him on some of my milk via the tube soon so we can get him gaining some weight!
