Status Quo

Everything is pretty much the same as yesterday, he was a bit agitated during the night and again this morning when Jas visited so they monitored to make sure he wasn't in pain. He did have a roommate that was screaming this morning, and he generally isn't happy to be disturbed so that might have been contributing to his irritability. All of his numbers game back normal, but his bilirubin was up a little so they may look at phototherapy again soon.

He also received the 3rd dose of Indocin today, and they will decide on doing another echo tomorrow morning. The doc did say he still is hearing a pretty decent murmur, so we may need to discuss further treatment in the future. He is always shocked to hear how much we know about medications and procedures when we meet with him. We tend to do our research or ask lots of questions throughout the day. I guess not all parents are as involved!
